We are a couple who works on commissions together. The linework original sketch, design details/palette, and customer communication are done by Jeannette-- and the clean linework, colors, and rendering are done by Wolfe.We do just about anything you could think of, but we do have some limitations. Our Terms of Service

| GENERAL TERMS | |
| - We reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, such as being uncomfortable with the subject matter | |
| - You agree to be respectful and courteous to us during the entirety of your communications. Not doing so will terminate your commission | |
| - You are solely responsible for providing all necessary references, descriptions, and details at the beginning of your commission. Failing to do so could lead to delays. | |
| PAYMENT | |
| - Payment for a piece is due before work can begin unless otherwise agreed upon due to extenuating circumstances or ongoing contract. | |
| - Payments must be made in USD ($) either through Paypal or Venmo. | |
| - Payments can only be made once an invoice is sent. Payments without an invoice will be sent back. | |
| PROCESS | |
| - You will be contacted once work on your commission has started. | |
| - You will receive one or more WIPs during the design process/initial sketch phase. You are allowed three major revisions during this process. Any further revisions may incur an extra cost. | |
| - Once the initial sketch is finished, the work will be passed onto Wolfe for cleanup, color, and rendering if applicable. | |
| - Once the final piece is approved, a full resolution image will be sent to the email present in your initial submission. | |
| - If your piece is not paid in full due to an ongoing agreement-- you will received a watermarked final WIP and the full resolution, unwatermarked piece will only be sent once payment is received. | |
| COPYRIGHT AND USAGE | |
| - While your character and design will always be yours, we reserve the right to post our art in any way we see fit-- be it on social media, our portfolio, or in art publications | |
| - You agree to not trace or otherwise tamper with the work you receive. While you may crop it for use in other platforms, you must properly credit our work. | |
| - You agree to not use our work in a hateful, demeaning, or discriminatory way. Doing so violates our agreement and we will submit a takedown notice and proceed with other legal action as applicable. | |
| - You agree to not resell, redistribute, or use your commission in any commercial sense unless commercial rights are purchased for an additional cost. This also includes commercial prints on other platforms. | |
| REFUND POLICY | |
| - Payments are non-refundable once work has started on your commission. | |
| - Do not submit a chargeback for your payment. We will process all applicable refunds with an appropriate invoice. | |
| - If you submit a chargeback for your payment, you forfeit all rights to any work currently completed on your commission and you will be banned from working with us in the future. |
